Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the Unscheduled Care Group to provide comprehensive administrative support and rota coordination for both medical and non medical teams within the Care Group.
This will require excellent administrative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, along with an aptitude for developing systems.
We offer support to develop business skills and experience needed for progression within an interesting and varied role in a fast moving environment.

Education
Essential criteria
* GCSE (grade C or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
* NVQ level 3/BTEC in administration/supervisory management or equivalent level of experience
* Functional Skills Information Communication Technology (ICT Level 2 or equivalent level of knowledge/experience
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
* At least two years’ relevant experience in an Operational/ Outpatient role within the last 3 years
* Experience of working with computer systems, to include Microsoft Office, in a working Environment
* Experience of data/information analysis and extraction
Desirable criteria
* Experience of organising an efficient rota
* Experience of setting up and maintaining systems
* Experience of working with hospital IT Systems to include PAS, Pathology and Radiology systems or similar
* Experience of working with Health Rota and Health Roster
Skills & Abilities
Essential criteria
* Evidence of effective communication skills both written and oral
* Evidence of ability to respond quickly to changing priorities organising and prioritising own and team workload to meet deadlines
* Evidence of ability to work without direct supervision within broad procedural guidelines
