A pharmaceuticalpany is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Project Administrator to support the Talent Management Practice at a strategic inflection point. This individual will work closely with senior leaders and interface with a wide range of stakeholders across the talentmunity and broader business, building rapport quickly, fostering trust, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support the delivery of a newly defined global talent strategy.
Your new role
1. Provideprehensive project coordination and administrative support across multiple Talent Management activities and projects.
2. Manage calendars, meetings, Talent Management documentation and files, and follow-ups with accuracy and discretion.
3. Track project, support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and PO creation.
4. Prepare high-quality presentations and excel data reports andmunications for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Build rapport quickly and work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders across talent and the broader business.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Solid experience in project coordination and support within an HR or Talent function
8. Able to start in January
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
10. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
11. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Some experience with Excel and project management tools.
