The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates
* Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
* Prepare, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements
* Act as "B" level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters
* Assist with billing information for clients
* Supervise and assist training and development of staff
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
* Holds a relevant professional qualification
* The candidate is required to have proven financial services experience
* Strong technical financial services knowledge
* Some people management experience
* Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
