We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Account Executive to join our clients busy Sales team. The successful Customer Account Executive will act as the key point of contact for customer accounts, providing outstanding administrative and customer support while helping to drive business growth and maintain excellent client relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and previous account handling experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the customer advocate within the business
* Manage and support customer accounts alongside Sales Account Managers
* Process sales orders and amendments accurately and efficiently
* Ensure all relevant departments are updated regarding order requirements and delivery schedules
* Prepare and issue quotations while proactively following up on opportunities
* Support customer relationship development and business growth initiatives
* Work closely with Planning and Operations teams to maintain accurate order schedules
* Attend production meetings and communicate updates to customers where required
* Ensure company procedures and environmental policies are followed at all times
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an account handling or customer service role
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident communicating with customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face
* Experience within an electronic manufacturing environment is desirable
* Experience using ERP or CRM systems is advantageous
