Flosverse Techsphere CIC is seeking a highly organised and proactive two Programme and Operations Officer to support the delivery of our Design Futures for Girls programme and wider organisational activities across Alloa and Livingston.
The successful candidate will combine practical programme delivery with strong administrative and organisational skills. This role involves coordinating workshop activities, supporting day-to-day operations, engaging with partners, and ensuring smooth programme implementation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in working with young people, strong digital competence, and the ability to manage both delivery and office responsibilities within a growing social enterprise.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver Design Futures for Girls sessions, including robotics workshops such as LEGO robotics and other STEM-related activities.
* Support young people in introductory digital design using tools such as Tinkercad, Gravity Sketch, SketchUp, and Blender.
* Assist in the scheduling and coordination of programme activities across Alloa and Livingston.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, impact data, and programme outcomes.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Manage administrative duties including organising documentation, responding to enquiries, and coordinating meetings.
* Represent Flosverse at networking events, school visits, and community engagements when required.
* Support operational planning to ensure sessions are delivered efficiently and safely.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme delivery and internal processes.
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or community setting.
* Experience delivering STEM, robotics, or technology-based workshops.
* Basic working knowledge of Tinkercad, with familiarity in at least one of the following: Gravity Sketch, SketchUp, or Blender.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills and professional phone and email etiquette.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Desirable:
* Experience delivering LEGO robotics.
* Understanding of social enterprise or community-based organisations.
* Driving licence and access to transport.
