Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per year (Dependent on Experience)

Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to start a career in marketing and join our multi-disciplinary Marketing Team based in Manchester, working for Dorbiere and LWC. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering high-quality content across digital channels, with on-the-job training across marketing channels. The role supports both consumer (B2C) and trade (B2B) audiences and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams to uphold brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dorbiere Pub Group Marketing (50%)
o Support the execution of the Dorbiere marketing calendar
o Plan, create, and schedule social media content across platforms using Hootsuite (Instagram, Facebook where relevant)
o Monitor TikTok accounts for each outlet
o Manage and update website content (menus, promotions, events, landing pages) via CMS
o Create engaging content including short-form video, photography, captions, and campaign assets
o Support delivery of national campaigns and localised venue marketing activity
o Draft and distribute press releases and support local PR activities in collaboration with the PR and Communications Manager
o Monitor social performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
o Manage Google My Business accounts for each outlet
o Update marketing screens in pubs as required
2. LWC and Signature Brands Communications & Marketing (50%)
o Create and schedule LinkedIn and B2B social content
o Update website content including product news, campaigns, and trade updates
o Assist with email marketing campaigns and trade communications
o Support internal communications including newsletters and company updates
o Ensure consistency of tone of voice across B2B communications
o Support campaign execution across channels and sales enablement materials
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
* Experience using CMS platforms and social scheduling tools
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practice
* Confident copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
* Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
