We are seeking an experienced EHS professional to provide support for a busy manufacturing environment for an initial 3 months. This is a hands-on role requiring strong knowledge of health and safety practices and the ability to drive compliance and safety culture across multiple units.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete approximately 100 risk assessments.
Create, track, and support production and warehouse teams in implementing control measures.
Conduct PUWER assessments on around 100 machines and equipment.
Manage and improve Safety Culture across two units, including responding to issues and managing actions.
Support incident investigations and ensure timely resolution.
Take control of outstanding safety actions (currently 283 open, target is around 20).
Requirements
Proven experience in an EHS role (Manager or Senior Officer level).
NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) essential.
Background in manufacturing, pharma, or oil & gas preferred.
Strong understanding of PUWER and general risk assessment processes.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work onsite full-time (Bridgend)
