As a Field Service Engineer - NCAir, your mission is to to contribute to the profitability of the company’s business by providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
2. To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based.
3. To carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
4. To Carry out install of new equipment and pipework.
5. To identify required parts to effect repairs.
6. To complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner.
7. If required, to plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules.
8. Required to take part in the on-call rota.
9. To maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition.
10. Ad-hoc tasks as required.
11. Punctual and professional in appearance.
12. Pass on leads to help generate sales and Adhoc.
13. Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image.

You will have current experience of repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment:
14. Compressors
15. Dryers
16. N2 Systems
17. Pumps
18. You will possess a good knowledge of the compressor industry, be self-motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a team.
19. As you are customer facing you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.

Job location
This role will be located in Thirsk, covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas.
