About the Role

As a Recovery Navigator, you'll play a crucial role in guiding individuals toward recovery, offering tailored support, and coordinating services for their well-being. If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, join us in this impactful position. To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:

Whether you come from a strong background in the substance misuse sector, have experience in mental health support, have a history in the criminal justice field, or possess a relevant academic background, we welcome you to join our diverse team. We believe that various experiences contribute to our comprehensive support and care mission. Specifically, we are seeking individuals with one or more of the following professional experiences:

8. A relevant academic background such as Criminology, Psychology, Law or Sociology

9. A strong portfolio of volunteering in a similar role

10. Case management experience and the ability to manage expectations in this emotionally demanding role are highly valued for their contributions to our mission of consistent, high-quality care.
