Marketing Manager (Part Time)

Salary - 33k ( 55k FTE)

Adele Carr Recruitment are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established Construction company based in the heart of Warrington.
They are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join them This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional to take ownership of a wide-ranging marketing function within a business that operates nationally and internationally. This role will cover the high-level strategy right through to ordering pens for an exhibition.
The role offers excellent flexibility and would suit someone looking for a reduced-hours role, such as over 3 full days or school-friendly hours across the week.
Main Duties include;
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple channels to support lead generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness
* Refine the company's value proposition and define key market segments and customer targets
* Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and social media
* Create engaging content including datasheets, case studies, promotional materials, and thought leadership pieces
* Manage the marketing budget and measure campaign ROI through analytics and performance reporting
* Coordinate and manage attendance at exhibitions and trade shows (including stand design and promotional planning)
* Identify PR opportunities and manage media engagement
* Collaborate with internal departments (sales, estimating, pre-construction) to support bids and tenders with marketing collateral
* Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and suppliers
What you will need to succeed in this role;
* Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing (experience in the construction or built environment sectors is advantageous)
* Proven track record of delivering effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and improving brand visibility
* Experience with WordPress CMS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Analytics
* Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives
