Key Responsibilities:
Supporting a Senior Conveyancer with their caseload (1-2-1 Basis)
Drafting contracts and preparing legal documents
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
Managing SDLT submissions and Land Registry application
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timelines
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a conveyancing assistant role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, proactive, and a team player
