The Opportunity As the Director of GTM Systems, you will be the strategic owner of the technology ecosystem that powers our entire revenue engine. Your mission is to build and lead a forward-thinking systems strategy that provides a scalable foundation for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will be instrumental in enabling Multiverse to achieve its ambitious growth goals and, in turn, help shape the future of work. This is a leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic business partnership. You will lead a talented GTM systems team, partner with senior leadership across the company, and guide the technology roadmap that will fuel the next chapter of our global expansion. What You’ll Do • Strategic Vision & Operational Execution: Develop and lead the long-term strategic vision for the GTM tech stack, while also overseeing its tactical and operational execution. You will build the strategy and roadmap that balances ambitious, future-focused projects with the iterative enhancements needed to support the business day-to-day. • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing GTM Systems team. You will be deeply invested in your teams growth, creating pathways for them to develop both their technical skills and their strategic and collaborative soft skills, thereby creating new opportunities for their careers. • Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of innovation by constantly seeking out new technologies and methodologies. You will find new ways to tackle problems, look for ways to optimize and improve, and enhance operational efficiency across the GTM organization. AI is at the core of our mission, our company, GTM as a whole, and this role in particular. • Systems Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the architecture, security, and performance of our core GTM platforms. This includes our Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), our integrated intelligence and engagement stack (Gong, Lusha, Cognism), our internal knowledge and productivity tools (e.g. Guru, Sana, Coda, Slack, Zapier), and emerging AI platforms like Gemini and Cassidy. • Foster a Culture of Operational Excellence: Foster operational excellence in everything you do, from solution design and development to data governance and user support. You will establish and guide the adoption of best practices to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and drive measurable business impact. • Executive Partnership: Act as the primary business partner to senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data & Insights, Product, and Finance. Translate business strategy and requirements into elegant, scalable, and future-proof systems-based solutions. About you • Experience: 8 years of experience in GTM Systems, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations, with at least 4 years in a people leadership role. Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment is essential. • Strategic & Operational Balance: You possess a unique ability to balance long-term strategic vision with meticulous operational execution. You can build a multi-year plan while ensuring short-term projects are followed through on and delivered with excellence. • Leadership Style: You are an inspirational leader and a true "player-coach" invested in the growth of your team. You are passionate about developing peoples hard and soft skills to unlock their full potential. You have a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving, always looking for ways to improve and innovate. • Technical Acumen: Deep architectural expertise in the Salesforce platform (verified through relevant certifications). You have a strong command of the broader GTM technology landscape and have experience managing an integrated stack that includes tools like Gong, Lusha, Cognism, Guru, Sana, Zapier, Coda, Slack, and emerging AI platforms. • Mission Alignment: You are passionate about social and economic mobility and are motivated by Multiverses mission to provide equitable access to career opportunities.
