Job Description:
Typical Responsibilities
* Work with and under the instruction of Customer Services Team Members, complying with work instructions, company policies, and Health and Safety procedures.
* Maintain a working knowledge of simple circuits and measuring devices, understanding electrical circuits, and undertake training courses where necessary.
* Act as a Company Ambassador. Present yourself professionally, be pleasant in attitude, and communicate diplomatically to strengthen customer relationships.
* Perform regular routine servicing and reactive maintenance of clients’ Fire Alarm and associated systems.
* With relevant training, commission clients’ Fire Alarm and associated systems.
* Maintain accurate and high standards of Customer, Company, and Personal paperwork.
* Undertake ‘On-Call’ duties as part of your Area Team.
* Perform any other duties appropriate to the role.

Qualifications
Essential: Full Electrical-based qualification such as City & Guilds, ONC, HNC, etc. (to be identified by application)
Experience
Essential: Experience working within the electrical/electronic sector (to be identified by application)
Essential: Working knowledge of electrical circuits & measuring devices (to be identified by application)
Desirable: Experience with Fire Alarms and associated systems
Desirable: Familiarity with safe working practices and Health & Safety requirements
Skills / Abilities
Essential: Excellent customer service skills, competent with technology (laptops, measuring devices, smartphones), ability to maintain accurate records, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to communicate effectively across the company (to be identified by application and interview).
Other
Desirable: Understanding of relevant British Standards related to servicing, maintenance, and commissioning.
Essential: Genuine interest in the work, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn (to be identified by application and interview).
