Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar provide guests with a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable accommodation with breath‑taking views of the London skyline. The hotel is in the exciting process of a refurbishment aimed at shifting to a four‑star hotel and new branding. Our goal is to find the right candidates to be part of this modern, stylish 12‑storey hotel – a dual‑branding building combining 3* and 4* products.

Job Description
First impressions are everything! As a Front Office Team Member, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What You Will Be Doing
* Greet, check‑in, check‑out, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
* Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
* Deal with payments (credit cards and cash)
* Communicate with guests by email and on the phone
* Work morning or afternoon shifts according to the needs of the business
* Enroll guests in Accor Loyalty Membership
* Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling
* Actively sell special promotions and facilities available within the Hotel
* Service‑focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
* Handle guest complaints following Accor standards
* Communicate effectively with all departments
* Ensure important information is passed to the next shift and colleagues
* Proactively sort out problems
* Working knowledge of Opera or related systems is a plus
* Fluency in English
* Take care of guests’ luggage and portage services
