The role of Senior Commercial Asset Manager will include:
1. Provide strategic leadership in developing a comprehensive asset reinvestment strategy, followed by the creation of a 10‑year reinvestment programme. This includes utilising existing data, identifying gaps in the current dataset, and defining a structured approach to acquire the additional information required
2. Develop and manage the delivery of Capital investment plans and the performance of delivery of compliance capital delivery programmes across the Group through our own teams and supply chain partners; driving operational, financial and commercial performance levels to support improved customer experience, ensuring asset data is captured, maintained and continuously used to forecast future 10-year planning
3. Manage and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and between internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure that budget and key performance indicators are met in the delivery of business development and asset management
4. Ensure all improvement and reinvestment programmes are delivered in line with legislative and
regulatory requirements and make appropriate recommendations on changes that may need to be made mid-programme to ensure full statutory compliance is achieved and support continuous commercial growth
Skills and experiences:
5. Proven experience working in a commercially focused asset management role
6. Substantial knowledge of building regulations, legislation and current practice
7. Substantial experience of managing projects with strong project management skills and a proven track record in delivery of a performance driven framework
8. Working knowledge of the Government Housing Health and Safety Rating System
9. Advanced knowledge of asset management systems and software

22. Role salary is £64,460 per annum
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £73,668 based on 40 hours per week
