You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. We utilize the latest care technology to enable more meaningful interactions with our residents.
Responsibilities include providing stimulation and encouragement through entertainment, activities, and community links; assisting with fundraising events; building relationships with residents and their families; and acting in accordance with home policies and procedures.
Specific duties involve creating activity profiles for residents, ensuring equipment safety, maintaining accurate records, coordinating outings with the senior nurse, researching outing accessibility, and liaising with care staff regarding medical or nursing care information.
