Overview
The family run business Jason Edwards Travel Ltd, who specialise in the coach tourism industry, are currently looking to recruit a part time Payroll Administrator to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Treforest (CF37 5UR), Pontypridd and will be a minimum of 20 to 30 hrs a week.
The successful applicant would be required to work a minimum Tuesday and Wednesday with flexibility on start and finish times. We may also consider a hybrid role of home and office working
The salary is negotiable depending on experience but will be competitive within the industry.
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
* Processing end to end payroll in a timely and accurate manner
* Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all information is updated accordingly
* Posting of payroll journals and reconciling of monthly control accounts
* Answering and resolving payroll queries
* Administrative duties
* Uploading pension data and processing payments
* Purchase invoice processing
Previous experience of Payroll is essential, and knowledge of Sage 50 would be advantageous.
