Overview
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Plasterer (Multi-skilled) in both the Responsive Repairs and Damp & Mould team. The teams are responsible for delivering repairs and maintenance to properties across the North East. The role has become available due to our continued growth in the North East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
We are looking for a multi-skilled Plasterer to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering an excellent repairs service that promotes a culture of customer first and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Deliver plastering works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic premises, ranging from minor repairs to fully plastered out properties.
* Assist the Responsive Repairs and Damp & Mould teams in providing an excellent repairs service.
* Work as part of a multi-skilled team to support wider trades as required, including tiling where appropriate.
Qualifications and Experience
* Completed a recognised plastering trade apprenticeship.
* Hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and practical knowledge of multi-skilled works in other trades such as tiling.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
Skills and Abilities
* Customer service skills are essential for this role.
* Excellent knowledge of health and safety practices.

* Salary: £33,148 per annum
* Location: North East
* Regular travel will be required
* 37 hours per week
