Key Responsibilities
1. Advising employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters
2. Managing contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims
3. Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and performance management issues
4. Drafting and advising on contracts of employment, policies, and procedures
5. Advising on dismissals, redundancy processes, and restructures
6. Advising on and negotiating settlement agreements
7. Supporting senior team members on complex and strategic matters
8. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Candidate Requirements
9. Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ+)
10. Solid grounding in employment law gained during training or post-qualification
11. Strong drafting and communication skills
12. Ability to manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
13. Commercial, pragmatic, and client-focused approach
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
15. Enthusiastic and committed to developing a career in employment law
