Role Overview
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and events spaces. You will ensure our guests receive a memorable dining experience while leading a team to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and event services.
-Train, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
-Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and liaise with suppliers.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu coordination.
-Assist in creating staff schedules and managing costs.
What We’re Looking For
-Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage or hospitality.
-Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
-Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar management and wine service.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-A proactive, hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
