The Role This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor (5 years PQE) to join a Tier 1 Employment team, working on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll advise leading employers on everything from day-to-day HR and strategic advice to tribunal and High Court litigation, TUPE, collective consultations, and senior-level disputes. The team's client base spans major corporates, public sector bodies, and household-name organisations, giving you access to technically challenging and rewarding work every day. You'll work alongside Legal 500-ranked Partners who are leaders in the field, providing hands-on mentorship as you develop your expertise and reputation within a team recognised for its excellence nationwide.
