This newly created Finance Manager role for a rapidly growing Private Equity firm paying £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based the heart of the City Role This Finance Manager role will be working closely with the Finance Director to put in providing support for a growing investment team. Please find a brief outline of the role below. month-end close and related reporting tasks for all entities related to assigned business line formalisation of key month-end tasks and controls Production of timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts for the business line Critical assessment of existing operational downstream business proposes to recommend and implement best-in-class scalable and robust business processes Responsibility for review of core business controls to validate P&L and complete Balance sheet reconciliations and substantiation Business partners/stakeholders Support the Group Financial Controller with IFRS 15 Revenue Accounting review and enhancement of Management Information Support the development and implementation of the Group Financial Controls Framework with a focus on the integrity of our processes Responsibility for preparation and review of business line entity annual financial statements Responsibility for assigned sections of Group reporting at half-year and year-end. Ownership of day-to-day relationship with Big-4 external auditor in completion of subsidiary business line financial statements Support annual budgeting process through close business partnership with professional services team. Profile The Finance Manager for this Private Equity is ideally for the below A Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA) Audit Background Someone with at least 1-2 years post qualification experience in a similar role Someone who's worked within Financial Services or has Audited Financial Services Company The Finance Manager will report into a hugely impressive Finance Director who you will very closely on the day-to-day operations. The Private Equity business rapidly growing and this role is due to growth. The team is currently 7 strong and this role will be pivotal for their international entities.
