Primary Purpose of the Role:
To support and evolve the Business Intelligence capability throughout Thales UK.
1. As a member of the Technology & Enablement squad you will deliver and support our digital platform services that are “best in class” to support the needs of the various businesses and functions.
2. Action life cycle events based on the infrastructure roadmap, following the change management process.
3. Create and maintain accurate records of Infrastructure services and assets, including documentation.
4. Implement technical solutions to meet specification and changes, contributing to service improvement and systems management.
5. Participate in Service Transition process and activities.
6. Work within a team of SMEs and independently to create and implement technical changes.
7. Identify service inadequacies and contributing to the Customer Service Improvement Plan
8. Monitoring the platform and ensure platform capabilities are developed on in a consistent and coordinated approach.
9. Monitoring the level of technical debt within the platform and ensure this is well documented, encouraging solutions to be developed that minimizes the impact to technical debt accumulation
10. Help push our drive to the cloud for BI and analytic solutions
