Are you a Maintenance Supervisor from a FMCG background, with an Electrical bias, looking for a days-based, hands-on role where you will be overseeing 5 engineers within a well-established company? You will have access to external training on PLCs to support your continuous development and long-term career.
On offer is a role with a well-established manufacturing company that has been operating for over 30 years and supplies into a wide range of manufacturing and retail sectors.
This days-based role involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, while leading a close-knit team of 5 Engineers. You will work on 3-phase machinery, conveyors, PLC controls, hydraulics, motors and related equipment.
This opportunity suits a Maintenance Supervisor from an FMCG background who is looking to lead a small team in a varied hands-on role with training and long-term career prospects.
Role & Responsibilities
* PPM and RM on industrial machinery and equipment across a large site
* Work on 3-phase, hydraulics, drives, motors, and PLC fault finding
* Lead a team of 5 Maintenance Engineers
* Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm
* Overtime paid at 1.66x, Sunday 2x
