We are partnered with a leading Company based in the North East who are looking to bring a Lead Generator into the business.
They are looking for a target-driven individual who is confident on the phone with the main aim of creating new business opportunities by booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
What you will be doing:
* Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and social media
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
* Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
* Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets and KPIs
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Lead Generation or Telesales (Preferred)
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections
* Organised, resilient and motivated by targets and increased earning potential

* Annual Salary of £25 000 – £28 000 (DOE) + Monthly Commission
