· In return we offer:

· A strong commitment to high quality CPD and ongoing professional learning.

· A supportive team both within school and across the wider Trust

· A workplace culture that values teamwork, kindness and community.

· A chance to be a part of a forward-thinking school where your creativity and ideas are welcomed.

· The knowledge that your role makes a real and lasting difference in the lives of the young people and their families.
