We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Transformation and Projects Team. This is a key role where you will contribute to a range of strategic technology and business change initiatives that support how we work and serve our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
* Working with a mix of business and technical projects and programmes.
* Process mapping for As Is/To Be business processes.
* Facilitating requirements gathering workshops.
* Supporting UAT requirements for the QA process.
* Analyzing business processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
* Helping define project scope and resolve complex issues.
What We're Looking For
* A BCS BA Practitioner qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working with a mix of business and technical projects, ideally in a professional services environment.
* Experience in business and systems analysis, including use case and process mapping.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
* A collaborative approach and confidence working with people at all levels.
* A practical mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage changing demands.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Visio.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
