You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Asset Management Team to assist with the overall smooth running of services and ensuring all timescales and service standards are achieved. Duties include producing documentation for meetings, taking minutes, organising and maintaining an appointment diary for the Team and co-ordinating the efficient operational delivery of all local office building facilities, including regular compliance tests such as weekly fire alarm tests, intruder alarm systems, building control access system controls and other relevant building facilities are maintained.
The successful applicant will have experience working in asset management administration; ideally in compliance, also working in an office environment developing and implementing office systems. You will be experienced working in a customer focused service delivery environment and be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and other relevant IT systems. You will be a clear communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to plan and prioritise your workload, work to a high degree of accuracy, show integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times.
