You will support the finance and accounts function by maintaining accurate insurer records, assisting with loan administration, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Duties of Accounts Administrator:
* Reconcile insurer statements
* Collaborate with the Accounts team to identify and resolve outstanding balances owed to insurers.
* Assist with loan administration, including preparing client loan documentation and setting up loans
* Support wider Accounts functions and provide cover during staff absence or annual leave.
* Report any potential breaches of FCA regulations or internal procedures to the Compliance & Resources Director.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial processes and regulatory requirements.
* Carry out all duties in line with legal, regulatory, and company ethical standards.
