We are working closely with a lovely 1-form entry primary school in Hemel Hempstead who are seeking a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time position, initially running until the end of the academic year, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

The Role
As a HLTA, you will play a key role across the school, supporting both pupils and teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons to cover PPA time
* Providing small group intervention support to help pupils make progress
* Offering general classroom support across key stages
* Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning environment
The Ideal HLTA
* Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
* Has previous experience working within a primary school setting
* Is confident delivering lessons and managing a classroom
* Is proactive, flexible, and passionate about supporting children's learning
* Able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
