We’re looking for an HR Adviser to join our clients team on a 6-month fixed term contract, playing a key role in delivering effective HR support across the business. Based in Edinburgh, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. What you'll be doing: * Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees * Supporting with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances * Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes * Helping to implement HR policies and procedures * Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: * Previous experience in an HR Adviser or similar generalist HR role * Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to manage a busy and varied workload with confidence * CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable What’s on offer: * Competitive salary up to £34000 * Excellent Benefits * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid options available) * The chance to be part of a welcoming and collaborative team If you're ready to hit the ground running and bring your HR expertise to a role where you can really make a difference, we’d love to hear from you
