The board is exceptional. A Chair who has scaled some of the most consequential technology businesses. A founding team with deep vertical market experience. A specialist PE investor with genuine sector knowledge.
The business is executing a disciplined buy-and-build strategy with a clear path to significant scale.
The incoming CFO will own:
— Group-wide financial reporting across a complex multi-entity structure
— M&A execution and post-acquisition integration
— Treasury, cash management and working capital across all entities
— Capital markets, debt facilities and covenant compliance
— Investor and board-level financial reporting
— Finance systems, infrastructure and technology adoption
— Tax and multi-jurisdiction compliance
— Exit readiness and long-term capital event positioning
The right candidate will have:
— CFO experience in PE-backed SaaS
— Extensive M&A and integration exposure
— Exit experience
