Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-focused and confident working with data. We require advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn insight into meaningful action. We would value experience in a supply chain, e-commerce, carrier or retail environment. A good understanding of operational performance is important, with ideally some exposure to the carrier landscape. You should be highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are needed, along with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners. Experience with tools such as Power BI or transport systems would be beneficial. Knowledge of last-mile delivery or supplier management would be an advantage. You should be happy to travel occasionally to sites such as our Stafford Distribution Centre, and driving would be an advantage. Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day management of carrier performance, ensuring service, cost and operational KPIs are consistently achieved. Analyse carrier performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Produce regular reports and insights on delivery performance, customer experience and cost efficiency. Assist in managing carrier contracts and service agreements, ensuring strong governance and compliance. Support onboarding and integration of new delivery partners into our network. Contribute to rate reviews, tenders and commercial analysis to drive best value and performance. Collaborate with teams across Logistics, Supply Chain, Digital, Customer Care and Stores to deliver improvements. Investigate delivery issues and incidents, using data to recommend and implement solutions. Support strategic fulfilment and carrier network initiatives to enhance the customer delivery experience. Maintain accurate data, dashboards and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.
