Cosy Club is coming to St Albans, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to make this new site opening a roaring success!

As one of our Sous Chefs, you could earn approximately £44,000+ per year:
* Base Salary: Up to £38k per year depending on experience
* Tronc: Estimated at £7k per annum
* Bonus: Annual bonus potential
* Overtime Pay: Paid for hours beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate, with no pre-approval required
