Job Description:

Recently finished your science degree but realised the lab life isn’t for you? Passionate about communicating biotech, pharma and medtech innovations in engaging ways?Then you should apply to join our team!

Reciprocal Space is a world-leading science communication studio based in London. We design visuals for biotech, medtech and pharmaceutical companies to communicate their R&D, technology, products and services in an engaging and professional way. We work at the interface of creative high-end design and scientific precision. Our services span presentation design, 3D and 2D animation, illustrations, infographics, branding, web design, video/photography, VR/AR and more.

We are expanding our team and we have a vacancy for a full-time Science Communicator with Visual Marketing.

This is a 100% in-person position. You will be based at our London office and work hand-in-hand within our dynamic team of designers, animators and scientists.

Who you are:

* Graduate or post-graduate education in a life science discipline (such as biomedical science, biochemistry, pharmacology, medicine etc.)
* You're a fast learner and have a positive, "can do" personality
* You're passionate about analysing complex scientific data and concepts - and communicating science to other people
* You are well organised and methodical
* Experience in preparing scientific presentations, posters, papers, white papers etc
* You have some experience or interest in learning graphics software such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator

What you will be doing:

* Learning about latest cutting-edge developments in Biotech, Pharma and Medtech
* Researching and breaking down complex bioscience technologies and primary data
* Visualising scientific concepts for clear marketing and comms
* Wireframing and designing infographics, websites, pitch decks
* UI/UX design for interactive experiences
