We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join family business.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, great organisation skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
* Organizing, filing, calls and emails.
* Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. .
* Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Good sense of humour, adaptability and the want to help is a must.
Experience
* Previous office experience is ideal, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and bookkeeping is beneficial.
* Personal assistant experience is advantageous for managing executive-level tasks efficiently.
