Based at the Orchard Centre, you will have the opportunity to negotiate working patterns with your manager while delivering high-quality statutory social work services across community settings. You will play a key role in completing statutory reviews, supporting adults to achieve positive outcomes, and ensuring care packages and direct payments are meeting assessed needs. What you will do Complete statutory reviews across a range of settings, including care homes, community environments, and day services. Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records in line with statutory and organisational standards.
