Qualifications
Essential
* Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline / Will accept working towards
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (e.g., COINS, Causeway).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Desirable
* Experience in cladding remediation or façade works or similar
* Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
* Understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
