We are now looking for a Finance Officer to join our world class company. Candidates must have a good understanding of Finance and be someone who is competent working with clients, customers and colleagues of all levels of seniority.
Role fundamentals - What you'll do:
* Contacting customers to ensure timely payment of invoices to meet agreed monthly targets
* Logging queries accurately and following through to resolution
* Ensuring the collection process is followed
* Reconciling accounts
* Managing the finance inbox escalations to resolve queries and other requests
* Assist with month end processes
* Build relationships both internally and with customers.
* Ad Hoc duties when required
What you'll need to succeed:
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Experience on the rest of the Microsoft package; Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams
* Maths & English GCSE’s minimum grade C
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
* Positive and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’
* Motivation and a desire to do a great job and thrive in a busy fast-paced environment
* A team player who knows when to ask for help and is happy to offer support to colleagues
