What You'll Do
* Lead all legal strategy including planning tribunals and appeals
* Manage external legal counsel and reduce reliance on expensive firms
* Develop compliance frameworks for B Corp and charity partnerships
* Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with landlords and partners
* Advise leadership on risk management and regulatory matters
What We're Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE
* Experience in planning law, agricultural law, or property litigation
* Track record of winning complex planning cases
* Commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine interest in food sovereignty and community agriculture
