WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

We are Playliveartist. We are a London-based music marketing agency offering artists, bands and music companies digital advertising and digital marketing strategy. We are direct-to-fan specialists but first and foremost music fans. We’re looking for someone like-minded to join our team!

We are not PR, we are not radio pluggers, we don’t offer playlisting and we are not social media channel managers. We understand and are obsessed with digital technology and creative marketing.

We are a servicing business, who care deeply about people and the work that we do. We like to use the term ‘direct-to-fan’ as we make the connection between fan and artist the focus of our mission. We work with artists, management companies, record labels and festivals around the world, across different genres and at different stages in their career.


The Role

You must have at least two years experience using ad platforms including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Google Ads products. You’ll be adept at creating, scheduling, monitoring and optimising digital ad campaigns. You’ll have a clear and demonstrable grasp of how to use ad targeting, and how to define and implement campaign goals. You’ll understand how to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, including defining and monitoring KPIs, campaign optimisation and budget allocation. You’ll be able to build digital advertising audiences to help our clients sell tickets and merchandise, grow mailing lists and drive music consumption.

We specialise in digital advertising, and campaign planning from both a creative and strategic point of view, and we’re looking for someone with the knowledge, skills and confidence to take on management of key client accounts as quickly as possible.

We are not a PR agency, we are not radio pluggers, we don’t offer playlisting services and we are not social media channel managers. If you’ve got experience in these that’s great, but if that is not coupled with strong experience in planning, buying and managing digital advertising you are not the right fit for this role.


REQUIRED SKILLS

* You must have 2+ years experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager and Google Ads products
* Understanding of digital marketing strategy and current digital trends
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
* Strong understanding of all current social platforms
* Proactively stays up to date with shifts in digital, social and pop culture

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Helping clients build audiences and drive relevant business metrics, such as: ticket sales, music consumption, merchandise sales, growing mailing lists and charting
* Scheduling, monitoring and optimising digital advertising campaigns using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Products and TikTok Business Manager
* Ensure our client’s marketing plans are strategically optimised to hit key digital targets and campaign goals
* Building audits and reports that will be delivered to our clients that will help optimise campaigns
* Working closely with the team to develop creative direction, copywriting, targeting, and budget allocation across ad campaigns
* Leveraging data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and digital ads, continuously testing and iterating to find the best results
* Liaising with internal and external teams to determine KPIs, develop creative, and marry messaging with the most relevant audiences
* Creating and reviewing direct-to-fan campaigns with CRM tools
