Salary: Grade 5 £29,540- £32,597 (Pro rata)
Hours : 37 hours per week - term time/39 weeks
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible (pending enhanced DBS check)
Cwm Primary School is a happy, welcoming and well-established primary school located in the Cwm, on the outskirts of Ebbw Vale. The School Governors are currently looking to appoint an experienced School Clerk.
You will be responsible for the provision of a welcoming and efficient main reception service for visitors, staff and learners. You will need proven customer service experience and be fully conversant with child protection and health and safety procedures in a school environment. You will provide comprehensive administrative support for the school and have strong ICT skills.
This is a busy role which will require you to multitask effectively and manage situations in a professional manner.
You will be flexible, confident, and creative in your approach, working effectively with colleagues and families. You will need to be available to work additional hours for after school events and occasional meetings.
