Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain the company's environmental plan.
* Conduct environmental audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Lead initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and promote resource efficiency.
* Engage employees through training and awareness campaigns.
* Collaborate with teams to integrate environmental considerations.
* Serve as the lead for HSE governance within the ITF.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and wellbeing standards and legislation.
* Participate in strategic projects, ensuring HSE considerations are integrated.
* Use data analytics to monitor HSE project metrics.
* Guide best practices in HSE management during project reviews.
* Oversee vendor testing to meet HSE standards.
* Coach vendors on health, safety, and wellbeing standards.
* Work with suppliers to develop environmental management systems.
* Implement continuous improvement programs with vendors.
About You
We seek a team-oriented, decisive, and adaptable individual with a proactive approach to health and safety compliance. You should have knowledge of health and safety legislation and environmental risks.
Preferred Qualifications (not essential):
* NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health and/or Environment.
* Experience handling health, safety incidents, and activities.
