Were a close-knit team with big ideas, and were looking for an Account Manager who can be the bridge between our creative talent and our valued clients.
The Role
As an Account Manager at Linassi+Co, youll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Youll be both a strategist and a relationship builder, translating client needs into clear briefs for our creative team, keeping everyone aligned, and spotting opportunities to add value.
This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat, and genuinely enjoys building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Linassi+Co team
* Develop a deep understanding of each clients brand, industry, and objectives
* Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Translate client goals into actionable creative briefs
* Coordinate with designers, strategists, and copywriters to bring concepts to life
* Proactively identify opportunities for clients to grow your accounts
* Track and report on project performance, presenting insights and recommendations
* Ensure client communications are clear, consistent, and on-brand
About You
* 3+ years experience in account management, ideally within a creative agency or marketing environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can build rapport quickly and maintain trust
* Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Comfortable working with both creative and strategic teams
* Commercially savvy, with a knack for spotting growth opportunities
* Positive, solutions-focused mindset
* Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com
