Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
*MUST drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the business
My client, a successful interior designer is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that could offer you a long-term career.

Duties
* Being first point of contact in office, alongside Office Manager
* Handling phone calls, diverting out to relevant person or taking a message.
* Greeting visitors
* Typing of general documents - meeting minutes/certificates etc
* Preparing documents and project information
* Booking accommodation/flights etc
* Stock checking / keeping office tidy
* General office duties - scanning, filing, printing
* Company expenses (basic work, not accountancy work)
* Oversee all calendars and organising meetings
* Monitor emails whilst members of the team are out of the office
* Being a support to all members of staff
What They Are Looking For:
* Strong administrator experience
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work independently and use initiative
