What You’ll Be Doing Build and manage long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Identify and generate new business leads Promote the Simon Acres brand and grow your industry presence Work toward targets and KPIs with a results-focused mindset Match candidates to roles with insight, precision, and professionalism Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions Build a strong network within the KBB and Merchant industries What We’re Looking For We want to hear from you if you’re someone who is: Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-driven Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills Resilient, confident, and ready to grow Sales-focused with a proven ability to close deals Experienced in recruitment or sales (1 year preferred) What You’ll Get Competitive base salary (£28,000 - £30,000 uncapped commission) Casual dress code Health & wellbeing programme Free onsite parking Ongoing training & career development Company pension What You Need Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment (preferred) Driving licence and ability to commute to Higham Ferrers (required) GCSE or equivalent education (preferred) 360 recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)
