Location: Chadderton, Oldham (Hybrid working)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established, international business to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of their digital presence and drive measurable growth across the UK market.
This is a hands-on role, focused purely on digital strategy, campaigns, optimisation, and analytics. You will help grow our online presence, improve campaign performance, and provide guidance across the business on digital best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, and other digital channels.
* Manage website performance, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and analytics to drive measurable results.
* Take ownership of digital projects from start to finish, working independently and proactively.
* Provide digital expertise and guidance for cross-functional teams and potentially other regions in the future.
* Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to the Marketing Manager.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality digital initiatives.
Your Experience and Skills
* Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with 2+ years working solely in digital.
* Experience in planning, delivering, and optimising digital campaigns, with strong data analysis skills.
* Expertise in SEO, PPC, CRO, paid media, and website optimisation.
* Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and digital strategy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results without constant supervision.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to driving improvements.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
