About the role:
Based in Cambridge:
1. Monitor performance to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
2. Ensure that building services works carried out by trade operatives and sub-contractors are accurately recorded and processed to deadline.
3. Provide support to the Repairs Supervisor to ensure service runs smoothly at all times.
About you:
You will have the following skillsets or experiences:
4. Must have experience of working in the social housing sector
5. Relevant experience of work planning and utilising IT systems
6. Relevant experience of repairs and maintenance sector
7. Experience of a customer focused service
What’s on offer:
8. Salary: £17.59 per day inside IR35.
