Are you an operationally focused HR BP looking for more exposure to projects & strategy work and the opportunity to join a highly commercial and driven HR team?
I am delighted to be working with a large, complex matrix organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established and highly performing team. Reporting into the HR Manager, working alongside a team of 2 other Business Partners supporting a diverse workforce of c. 800 employees this role has a roughly 70% operational / 30% proactive project/strategy mix with duties including:
1. First line support to managers and directors in all matters relating to employee relations from investigation to outcomes & appeals
2. Working alongside manager group to conduct performance reviews, probation reviews
3. Delivering training to employees
4. Driving initiatives relating to talent and succession planning identifying business critical roles and high performing/potential talent that could be developed into them
