Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join us. This is a part-time position offering flexibility over working days and hours, ideal for an experienced estate agency professional seeking autonomy and work-life balance. The role will be based at our Wrington office and will cover the surrounding area.
Responsibilities
* Undertake residential property market appraisals
* Generate new business and secure property instructions
* Proactively identify and convert market appraisal opportunities
* Conduct accompanied viewings and actively seek viewing opportunities
* Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
* Register applicants, manage enquiries, and book appointments
* Prepare sales particulars and marketing materials
* Progress sales from offer agreed through to completion
* Effectively utilise and maintain agency software systems
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and professional contacts
Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience within residential estate agency (essential)
* Experience carrying out valuations and winning instructions
* Strong negotiation and sales progression skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
* Professional and personable approach
* Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
* Good working knowledge of estate agency software systems
